By Allie Caton on October 29, 2017

College is exhausting. When you are juggling class, work, friends, and internships, you don’t want to have to exert more energy at home. Thankfully, many companies notice college student’s laziness potential, and have made products just for us!

Check out these products that will fuel your laziness.

Mop Slippers

It sounds insane, but mop slippers are much easier and more convenient than having an actual mop at home. They also take up less space! With mop slippers, you don’t have to worry about lugging around a bucket of soap and water or breaking your back over the strain of pushing a mop back and forth around your entire apartment.

Get off your hands and feet and just get these mop slippers instead for a speedy cleanup. You can even put them on your hands if you need to do some dusting around your shelves!

Wet 2 Straight

No more are the days of singeing your hair because you’re too lazy to blow dry it or too impatient to wait it out. This straightener is made to straighten your hair when it’s wet! If you didn’t think it was possible, it definitely is and you should definitely check it out if you can’t stand the maintenance of hair-straightening.

Wearable blankets

Snuggies have a bad rep, but if you really think about it, they are an incredibly useful product for moping around the house. Especially during those winter months when you don’t want to pay for heat, a wearable blanket can keep you warm while you do things around the house. You can even stay completely warm while typing on on a computer — something you can’t do without freezing your arms with a regular blanket. It might sound silly, and you might look like a middle-aged soccer mom wearing one, but wearable blankets are perfect for the extra lazy student in us all.

Roomba

This one is the classic appliance for lazy people. Unlike the mop slippers, you don’t have to do ANYTHING with a Roomba. Sure, you might not get that great of a clean, and it might terrify your pets, but at least you don’t have to vacuum ever. Vacuuming is a surprisingly effective workout, but who wants to work out when you can sit on the couch and watch Netflix while your Roomba cleans the chip crumbs beneath your feet?

Banana slicer

Even though bananas are the most portable fruit and very easy to chop up due to their softness, there’s no reason why you should have to slice a banana one by one. Instead, you can use this handy banana slicer and slice the entire banana at once. You can also get a slicer like this for apples and melons. Oranges sound like the best kind of fruit for lazy people since they are naturally pre-cut, but peeling them can be a major hassle. Now with these fruit cutters, you can make any fruit your go-to effortless snack!

Juice pouring device

The worst part about pouring juice is the effort you have to exert to pick up a gallon of liquid. Instead, just use this juice pouring thing! You don’t even have to take the juice out of the fridge to get it into your cup; just tip the device into your cup and you’re golden! You definitely don’t want to overwork your biceps just for the sake of juice, so invest in one of these instead.

Prism glasses

Honestly, these look ridiculous. You will look like a weirdo if you wear these. But sometimes, that is the price you pay for comfort. Imagine being able to lay down on your back in your bed and read/do homework. You can achieve maximum comfort while also staying comfy with these glasses. No more neck straining or shifting positions to readjust your back and neck, just settle down into your bed and pop these glasses on and you’re good to go!

Bottle opener remote

What is more college than TV and beer? This ingenious invention lets you crack open a cold one without even leaving your couch. Just make sure that you grab your beers before you settle down for your Stranger Things marathon; otherwise this bottle opener remote is useless in your pursuit of laziness.

Laziness isn’t always pretty. Sometimes you have to sacrifice your dignity for the sake of comfort, but it’s almost always worth it.
